Sapphire Princess Spa Showers

Hi fellow helpful cruisers! We are going to be on the Sapphire Princess and unless we win an upgrade bid to balcony will be in an inside (A507) cabin. It's the first time in an inside for us. It's been years since we have been on the Sapphire so I cannot recall if the Spa has showers that can be used by the "public" or can they only be used in conjunction with a Spa appointment? Also- is there a Thermal Suite that can be purchased for the entire cruise? With the close quarters of our cabin it may be nice for one of us to use the Spa shower on occasion. Thanks in advance for any info!

Yes, the showers / changing rooms / sauna & steam are public and free of charge on the Sapphire (deck 15 at the Lotus Pool).
