NCL/TA Problems

Sailing Dec 10

We have had a couple problems thus far and between NCL/*****, have gotten them fixed.

 

Now they are saying we will not see our $250 OBC and Paid Room Gratuities until 24 hours before sailing?

Also our friends on same cruise and same percs have lost all excursions, FAS, Gratuities, and extra paid for Specialty dining. They have paid copy receipts and both are saying they have lost them anyway.

 

Anyone else ?

Several hours with the TA's help.

Yes, a TA can be very helpful when there is a problem, even though so many say "you have lost control of your booking".
