Very quick service! A benefit of a late dinner.

 

Almost did the show again since it doesn't look like we will get a piano entertainer any time soon.

Goodness no 😆. It was elegant night so I had to change out of tshirt and shorts into pants and a nice shirt. 

 

I saw a large group of people dressed for roaring 20s. Second week in a row, I've never noticed that before very interesting.

Much more restful sleep. I fixed the position of my fan and that did wonders. Bed itself still won't win bed of the year, but it's passable.

Table assigned at 1122. It was a 10 top. I haven't had that problem in a while and I am not a fan.

 

Gave that a no and asked for a new table. I am not sure why they ignore your request for a private table.

 

Brunch menu massacre continues. Only three choices of omelets. I tried to customize what I wanted and was denied.

The burger was very good today. Fresh off the grill and the egg was a delicious runny mess. Yum.

 

Cheese grits were off somehow. Not sure what, usually a favorite but they were off their game today.

 

Appreciated the quick service! The 10 top (with 4 people) had not gotten their food yet when I left. 

 

Going to grab a coffee and hit the walking track to try and keep up with @princess76021.

Piano lady is off again. They don't typically get the first night of the cruise off, so she must be sick again even though she made it out last night.

That's funny (in a strange way) about the piano bar lady.  We were on the November 4-12 cruise and she was sick then as well.  She just stopped in the middle of a song and said she was losing her voice so she was just going to tell jokes instead of singing and playing.  Then another night while on stage in the theater before a production show, she was eating a piece of candy while singing and started choking on it and had to leave the stage in the middle of a song.  It was very odd.  Who eats candy while they are singing in front of a large crowd?  I was really not impressed with her at all.  The one complaint most people had was that she really didn't know many songs.  She would sing maybe half, then trail off and go on to the next one.

I'm not a fan of the brunch menu at all.  If I go, I get the lobster benedict for the upcharge.  It's been really good, and worth the charge.
