Regal Princess - Sanctuary or Retreat

I may be wrong, so maybe someone can fill me in. I was thinking the Sanctuary and the Retreat was for adults ONLY. Is the Sanctuary the one you PAY to use, and the retreat is free. If not, please explain.

The Sanctuary is for 18 and over and you pay to use it.  

 

The Retreat pool which is right outside the Sanctuary and area around it are free but the cabanas right in front of the pool do carry a charge.

Yes, they are both adult only, but there is no charge for the retreat pool unless you want a cabana.
