Where can you locate whether your deposit is refundable or not?

On your booking invoice, you can check the cancellation terms,

Usually your PCC or TA can tell you. If you are booking yourself there will be 2 options to book one is usually HIA and the other may say non refundable deposit when you choose your fare. You may have to call PCC or TA to get pricing for refundable non HIA bookings or other special options.

Look on the cancellation dates on your booking confirmation.

 

If the is penalty by the first deposit it is non refundable.

I read the question assuming they have already booked.

 

Maybe this was not the case with the poster, but after a booking, there are times where I have to go back to my booking and find out what terms I booked if I start think I may have (or want) to cancel.

So if no "cancellation fees" listed before final payment date it should be refundable?

In the chart - at the final payment date (first row)

if it is non-refundable deposit - it will have a Cancellation fee which is amount your deposit amount.

If it is shows $0 in that first row , then you deposit is refundable 😃
