Entertainment times on QE in Australia

We just have a first short 3 night cruise on Queen Elizabeth and want to book some specialty dining , so was looking for help on the timing of entertainment onboard so we can do both properly ( assuming there will be a stage performance one night etc ) . Can anyone advise please ?

Currently on QE in NZ.. The main show is on at 8pm, and repeated at 10pm... 

 

We've been booking the main dining room for 5.30 or 5.45 and we've had plenty of time to make the 8pm show..
