There is a different socioeconomic customer base and better quality in goods offered.

I find this funny as I shop at both regularly. And where I live the crowd isn't much different between the stores, but the customer service is way better at one of them.

And I am not going to buy anything at Dillard's that I can get at Walmart for a better price.
