Login to NCL problem?

Anybody else having a problem logging onto NCL? When I go to NCL I know I had my login name and pw correct but it wouldn't log me in so I clicked on the forgot username/pw and put in my name/email and they can't find me.

I logged in, but I use a username rather than email.

I did use a username but that didn't work so I tried to do the reset but they can't even find me by my email.  Sigh... guess I will have to call.

Well, it appears to be an issue using chrome as I switched browsers and was able to get in. 🙂

Never have any problem, it’s on the user’s end.

No problems at all using Chrome or the app

no problems with chrome. my problem, such as it is, is with safari.

 

but the real problem is with NCL's website and its poor design and infrastructure.

 

i'd say i experience this maybe half the time... 26 out of 52 weeks of the year.

 

there's a thread nearly every week on CC asking if people are having trouble logging in.

I used Chrome on my computer to test.  Clear your browsing data (at a minimum the cache and cookies, which will reset saved logins for ALL sites)...
