Are Medallions mailed for children without plus package

Can anyone tell me if the childrens medallions are mailed if their parents have Princess Plus?

Are you all in the same cabin with one booking number? If so, then probably yes.

 

If they are in an adjacent cabin with a separate booking number then , no if they are on standard fare.

As @wallyj has stated...it all depends on whether you are all in the same cabin.
