How are the comps on MSC?

We are going on the MSC Meraviglia and was wondering how the comps are.  My last 22 cruises have been on NCL, balconies up to and including Haven comps.  How do the comps on MSC work?  Do they offer comps like dinners and shopping mid cruise?  Do they money off the bill at the end?  Do you get a future cruise offer before you leave?  Is there anything that I should be looking for?  Any info would be greatly appreciated.
