No offense intended, but you are tilting at windmills. CEOs don't answer emails. They typically have administrative staff who are gate-keepers. You send an executive an email and the gate-keeper will just send it back down to a customer service person, etc.

She was able to resolve my problem that I’d been working on for 6 months (they had listed an incorrect number of days I was in Covid quarantine and the HAL insurance would only reimburse me for the number of days on the official paperwork)

The president of Holland America is Gustavo "Gus" Antorcha. His email address is gantorcha@carnival.com.  And in all probability he will not respond personally.  But someone in his executive office should respond.  At least that's worked for me in the past with other large companies.
