AtlantaCruiser72 Posted January 12 #2 Share Posted January 12 As of Wednesday World Travel Holdings issued a “stop sell” to all of their agents with no details other than it was related to “service issues”. Given the breadth of private label and consumer direct agency brands they sell under this is not an insignificant move.

Rare 3rdGenCunarder Posted January 14 #4 Share Posted January 14 "We are working to address the situation as quickly as possible." Haven't we heard that before???? It's a shame. My one cruise on AQV last June was excellent, one of the Great Lakes cruises that did not have problems. I was ready to consider another cruise with them, but then I read the experiences posted here, and I realized I was lucky. And I don't want to take the chance again. This suspension could be the final blow. If they owe agent commissions (and it sounded like that was the primary consideration in the suspension) and passenger refunds, they probably also owe money to suppliers. I hope the people who have been trying to get their refunds are successful before there's no money left.
