Haven introduction letter?

hey graphic guy, what'dya want for nothing? a rubber beezkit? dont like it, dont drink it. we never even open ours. that being said, however, if  you ask real nicely (especially if youre in a suite or a haven) your cabin steward or butler might swap it out for something you'll like

In the Haven, I've always been able to swap it out.  

 

But, the last several cruises I've taken since my Latitudes status "rewards" me with some sort of sparkling wine/champagne, has not been to my liking.  

 

That said, I'm not a champagne connoisseur.  Bourbon?  I can talk all day about that.
