blueskadoo Posted January 14 #1 Share Posted January 14 Hello everyone- We just came home from a nice two weeks on the Ascent (despite bringing home a souvenir of "cruise crud"). We never received a copy of our bill via email so I called to get one sent to me. Upon reviewing it, I notice that there's been an extra massage added to my bill. Now we caught this on the last night of the cruise, and we were told it was fixed and all was good. And indeed- you can see where it was on and removed (twice!) and then ended up back on there a third time. Although we disembarked a week ago today I just examined the bill closely today (see cruise crud). What's the best way to go about resolving this? And yes, I agree, I should've been more vigilant about getting a new bill that had all this reflected and lesson learned, but I assumed all was taken care of and going forward I will drag myself down to guest services the last morning no matter what and get a print out from this point forward.
