Missing final payment by a few days

None of mine "clearly state" anything like that. They all provide an exact date.

Here in MX my invoice says

Deposit of MXN 6350.00 (Paid) applied at Royal Celebrity México Cruceros, S. de R.L. de C.V.. Final payment must be received before 10 APR 2024
