Princess Recipe

I realize this is an odd request but will ask anyways.

My Mom went on a recent cruise and loved the bran muffins. I would love to surprise her......

Does anyone have the recipe or if on a ship now maybe ask someone?

Ooh I would love this too. I eat their bran muffins every morning and search the buffet for them.

Two suggestions:

 

1) Write Princess and ask for it. This is old but might still work.

2) Write Bon Appétit magazine.    I haven’t read it in years but they used to do recipe requests. It is also good publicity for the cruise line.

I was actually thinking about this this morning.  Years ago the recipe was posted on CC, and I saved it.  But I cannot find it.  Will keep looking and will post if I find it.

Still can't find my saved recipe, but after a google search I think this might be it.

Tried the recipe and it is very good but in my opinion the muffins are not as light as the ones Princess has....they seem more dense and heavier.
