Web Check-in not loading

Hello,

 

I have tried to access web check in by using three different devices. The page only partially loads with the header. We are 33 days away.

 

Is anyone else having this problem?

Web check in is not available until 30 days away. Your best option for web check in when available is to use the mobile app because you need to take a photo for security.

I’m not sure you are using the same definition of web checkin.  I have always been able to fill in the web checkin as soon as I book.  However, you cannot access your docs, boarding pass, luggage tags, etc., until 20 days before sailing.  Although sometimes they have sent me a link at 30 days.  EM

Web check in has been changed to 30 days prior and eticket will be available. However, I had to call to have ticket emailed to me because it wouldn't highlight to send. MSC is trying to sway people to use the app for checking in according to my MSC concierge.
