I can pull up the home page, and then frequently run into a message saying "Sorry technical difficulties..." Other times I can get as far as loggin on my account and seeing my list of cruises But then can' open or manage the cruises. Again, I get a technical difficulties message. THis has been going on for at least 4-5 days. I've tried while on Google Chrome and MS Edge. However, if I use my phone (again going to website, not using the iphone app) that usually works. alexgtp Posted January 18 #4 Share Posted January 18 Yes. I was going to ask the same question. I am new to princess , and we have booked a NYE cruise with the for end of this year. I had registered my account weeks ago, but when I log in it asks me to fill in all my details (again x4). When I call customer support (3x), they fix all info and tell me to try tomorrow. Well going on 3 weeks and no resolution. Kind of bummed out about this experience. Wonder if this implementation of new APP to their web environment is causing issues.
