Luto1 Posted January 17 #1 Share Posted January 17 I also cannot access my reservation on the app. Online, it says I have a courtesy hold still. I paid the deposit yesterday morning. I don't want the system to "bug out" and cancel my reservation. I called and they said they see the reservation but couldn't help me see it on the app. Anyone had this happen? birdylady Posted January 18 #3 Share Posted January 18 IF you can't see it on the App and signing out and back in doesn't work, try deleting and downloading it again. I know that sounds absurd, but sometimes that's the only way I get my app to 'refresh'.
