I purchased a cruise next $250 certificate on my recent cruise which I disembarked Saturday. I still do not see this in my account. Where do I go to see this? Thank you.

Its in the  My Coupons and Credits box when you sign into your account

It can take a week or so after the end of the cruise for it to reach the account. The onboard sales people batch them up and they get processed on shore later. 

 

Some ships are slower than others, could be over a week.

When you login to your MYNCL account,  the "My Coupons and Credits" is below the list of any future cruise reservations.  This is where you will see any Cruise Next, FCC's, or special coupons..
