What age does Princess consider an Adult?

I'm wondering specifically about the age they consider an Adult at the Pools that are designated for Adults only??

18 for travel purposes (ie, not having additional documentation from a non-traveling parent), and 21 to drink. Have never seen anything specifically about adult-only pools, but I would imagine they wouldn't give her a hard time if she's over 18.
