Port of Miami rental car locations hard to find?

I'm looking to rent a minivan (2 adults, 2 toddlers needing toddler seats)  - we're flying into FLL but sailing out of port miami.

 

i rented from avis a few years ago and got absolutely lost trying to find their location at 89 SE 2nd St. I must've circled the area 5 times before i found it.

 

did anyone else have issues finding it? maybe the area was under construction at the time, but it was an absolute nightmare.

That may be because the correct address is 99 Southeast 2nd Street, Miami, FL.
