Hi, I am based in the UK and have now been told by my broker that I have to use an app called Stockperks to claim the relevent OBC. Has anyone already done this? Thank you.

Yes, I did it last week. It’s very easy - took about 3 days for my holding to be verified and two days for the OBC approval. A new invoice came a couple of days later.

You do not have to use the app if you don’t want to in the US, and according to the online info it appears similar in the UK.  They provide this information:

 

 

 

So I would think you can send an email with the information attached.  I did it 2 weeks ago and they added the obc in about 4 days.  They emailed to let me know.
