Having A nightmare with the Explora website. I was looking at a cruise for 2025 so did a mock booking on their website and it is now showing as an option and I can’t get rid of it.  I haven’t confirmed it, but can’t seem to remove it. Anybody know how I could delete this cruise. If I do book I want to do it through a travel agent, not direct with Explora.

Hi @Suite Susie, I would provide the booking number to your travel agent and have them sort it out; it might be that they can just create a new booking for you while the current one waits to expire (when we placed a booking on hold it was set to expire after 7 days).  We booked another one directly with Explora and then had our travel agent transfer it to their control, and it was easy to do.   Hope that helps!  We share your frustration with the website!
