Booking shore excusions

I am new to Princess and would like to know how far in advance are they available to book.

I would keep looking in your cruise personalizer online and as soon as you see any/all that are of interest to you...BOOK THEM!  Many people wait until it is too late...everything is booked up and they have to scramble once on board and try to work with the Shorex desk.  This is one area where you *really* don't want to procrastinate!

 

But...to answer your *specific* question...it can be different for every cruise.  And they can be adding additional excursions at any time even after it *looks* like there is a fairly full listing.
