Nice one, but the main reason ship's stop there will probably be to visit famous Santiago de Compostela, but nice to know if that is not possible or when there should be time left after that tour what else can be done there...

We will often just stroll around town, check out menus (especially the daily specials) and eventually sit down for a long lunch.  That is a nasty habit we have in many ports, especially those we have previously visited a few times.
