kristikae Posted June 13, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 13, 2004 Cat 1 is an inside cabin, sometimes with one upper bed Cat 4 is an inside cabin Cat 6 is an ocean view Cat 8 is a balcony cabin Cat's 11 and 12 are suites. The A B C D etc...signify what deck you are on. A would be the lowest deck that has cabins of that category, B the next deck up, C the next deck up etc. Make sense? DeckCadet Posted June 13, 2004 #5 Share Posted June 13, 2004 Cat. 5 is an OV with a weird window type. Depends on the ship if memory serves Cat. 9 is sort of an expensive regular cabin. Much larger, not a suite and lacks the perks. on destiny and conquest class ships this category includes the aft wraparound cabins The Paradise Guy 11 Cruises and Counting!
