17 year old birthday what to do?

We will be in San Juan from 11-5 on my son’s birthday. He will have a friend and I am trying to decide what to do. Jet skis? Segway’s? ATVs? They are adventurous! Any suggestions on tours you have done would be appreciated

I haven't done any of this, but you can rent jetskis at the marina.   There is kayaking and paddleboarding on the Condado Lagoon.  You can find outfitters on google maps easily.

Consider K1 indoor GoKarting race track experience. They will actually race competitively 
As it’s a birthday he will get one free lap in addition to those paid for.

Work on a Cab fare of about $35/40 each way including tip
