Specialty Dining - what time can you start making reservations

Hi,

 

We are on the Viva for the July 4 Mediterranean cruise and our dining reservations will open up on Wednesday 3/6/24 (120 days out).  What time can you start making specialty dining reservations thru the app?  Hoping to get online right when they start accepting reservations so we get all of our choices.

I made ours at 4am last time and was able to get what I wanted. 2 hours later (6am EST) and others could not get reservations they wanted, all the allotted times were gone except 8:30pm. I believe they were 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 for our Epic cruise.
