Upgrading from Plus to Premier online?

We are booked on Enchanted Princess in July (first Princess cruise), and our booking includes the Plus package. A few weeks ago I saw the ability to upgrade to the Premier package online.  We discussed it and decided to upgrade, but now the option no longer appears on the website or the app.  Has anyone else experienced this glitch, or know if Princess has stopped offering pre-cruise upgrades?

I assume we can upgrade onboard, but I am not sure about the availability of specialty dining reservations if we wait until then.

I called the to upgrade from plus to premier. They wouldn’t let me do it online either. Just paid with my credit card and had them send me a new receipt.

Same as above. I had seen the option to upgrade then when we decided to it wasn't available. I did call and they would be able to do it, however, I declined because I have a lot of onboard credit and it didn't make sense to pay for it when I have $400+ obc available and haven't spent any of it yet.

 

However, they were able to do it when I called very easily.
