"Pending" Royal Up Bid request

I sail on Oasis on 3/31, and I logged into my account today and noticed that 3 of my Royal up requests have been cancelled, and one is pending.  Does that mean that I have a good chance of getting that one?  Anyone else seen this?  Thoughts?

I have had pending on several occasions without getting the Royal Up.

I do not have recent direct experience but believe if some requests have been canceled but one is pending that your offer for that remaining stateroom has not yet been declined and may still be in consideration with others for that stateroom.  That is still no guarantee that it will be accepted and you may see that offer eventually canceled as well.  Best offer wins.

I have had “pending” on multiple Royal Up offers in the past without getting an upgraded cabin. I eventually get an e-mail saying my Royal Up offer was not accepted, usually when I am already on the ship.
