like2cruise Posted March 12 #1 Share Posted March 12 It seems some ships are either kept cool or kept warm. Any recent cruisers have an opinion if Regal Princess is kept on the cooler or warmer side in the inside public areas at night? Thanks!
Rangerusa1111 Posted March 12 #2 Share Posted March 12 We are on the Regal this week and the temperature in the common areas seems perfect. It seems like this ship has reached the perfect balance. We have not been cold or hot in any of the main areas. 1
CruzeQueen2 Posted March 12 #3 Share Posted March 12 I agree with rangerusa. Inside temp is fine - dining room, public areas, piazza, all good. No drafts, not too warm. Enjoy!
rustysunshine Posted March 12 #4 Share Posted March 12 I'm the "always cold" person, but I was comfortable everywhere inside on Regal a couple weeks ago! 1

Cajuntraveler Posted March 12 #6 Share Posted March 12 Bring a sweater, just in case. On our two recent Regal cruises, I often found it cold in the Reserve dining section of the main dining room. Enjoy your cruise! 1
suebee53 Posted March 18 #7 Share Posted March 18 Just disembarked this morning. The first couple of days, when it was chillier outside, it was cool enough inside that I wanted warmer clothing. Once we got to Mexico and Roatan, I noticed it was warmer in the public areas. This morning in Galveston the ship was cooler again.
beshears Posted March 19 #8 Share Posted March 19 The 8 of us just got off the Regal after our February 25th cruise. I felt the "inside" temperature of the cruise was just perfect for me. Now I will say since I normally get cold compared to many people, I also wore a light sweater, and never had a problem. A couple times coming in from outside where it was warm, and I did not have a sweater on, only something light over my arms as we had been to the beach, it still felt to ME, very comfortable.
