Super27- can you tell us what you ended up doing?  We are looking at same option for Aruba in November.

We ended up sticking with the Small Group - Festive Panoramic and Beach tour. It was great! Probably the most well organized group tour I've been on. Stops are just long enough to get some pictures and stretch your legs, and then the majority of the time is at the very relaxing Eagle Beach.

Thanks for your quick reply.

This looks great!  Does the tour end at the beach?  If so, could you stay longer and make your own way back to ship?

Yes, the beach was the last stop. Nobody in our group stayed, but I’m assuming you could just let the guide know you were staying and then make your own way back to the ship. FYI they offer this tour in the morning and afternoon. We did the morning, and the beach was nice and quiet when we got there. I can’t speak to how crowded it would be later in the day.

Easy to go to Eagle Beach on your own. We used to take the bus for $2 round trip. You can also take a taxi. It is fairly close to the port terminal. Eagle Beach is often listed among the world's best beaches.

We've done Bonaire Cruisers (who rent the golf carts) several times.

A lot of fun!!  On the south route - do stop at Foodie's for lunch.

They book out quickly so if that's what you want to do - don't wait.

Which route (north or south) has the best beach and best chance to see flamingos?
