You’re under the pool deck.  If it is a warm weather cruise you will hear them put out/take up the loungers (but you’re likely out of the cabin in the evening).  If it is a cold weather cruise, fewer chairs will be placed out. Also, Port side on Deck 15 is the smoking section.  You might smell smoke on your balcony (not confirmed).

When I book a cruise, I want to book a cabin that is sandwiched between decks that have cabins above and below.  I try to never book a cabin that has any kind of public space above or below (pool deck, restaurants, bars, lobby and especially the theater).
