PCC Transfer?

My PCC retired; she was great! New PCC doesn't answer calls, has no voice mail and requires an email to schedule a future call. Is this procedure sitewide? If not, can I transfer PCC, if so how do I do this? Thanks

Call the PCC number (1-800-355-3017) but don't enter an extension. Stay on the menu until it offers a live person. Ask for a Supervisor. 

 

We are not supposed to post our PCC's name, it's like a travel agent.
