AFAIK with children you can

- sit them with you in the table ask a children menu for them  (Does anyone have pictures??)
- leave them in the Children area.

Is there any minimum and maximul age for Children are at MDR?

I don't think there is a minimum age since I have seen babies in high chairs at the MDR on multiple MSC ships. As for maximum age, do you mean a maximum age allowed to order off the kids' menu? I don't think so. I am fairly sure an adult could order off the kids' menu if they wanted.

I never heard about this, maybe this is something new on the World Europa?

The kids (over 3) have dinner with the kids club in the buffet. Or with you where you want to have dinner. In the MDR they can order from the kids menu or the regular menu.
