About half of the Neptune Suites on the Koningsdam only sleep two; they will not work for us because we are usually a family of three.  For example, there are only four Neptune Suites in the close proximity of the Neptune Lounge that sleep three -- 7068, 7076, 7063, 7067; the other 19 Neptune Suites in that hallway are maximum capacity of two.  There is another section of Neptunes farther toward the back of the ship, however, that sleep three -- 7118, 7120, 7122, 7124, 7111, 7113, 7115, 7117.  The back wrap-around Neptune Suites also sleep three.

That's surprising. On the smaller classes, all Neptunes sleep three or four. K'dam has only the triples you list and no quads. Maybe HAL has seen that families have been less inclined to book the more expensive cabins, so K'dam's design reflects that?

After all, Holland has immense power over its passengers. Covid

Actually, HAL only has power over its customers if we allow it. Going on a cruise is not a necessity nor the only vacation choice. Whether people will vote with their feet and pocketbook remains to be seen, but I can tell you I will no longer use them.
