Pier 12 parking for RCL

Was looking at parking for a distant cruise on RCL and I saw a Pier 12 listed.  This is new since the last time I sailed RCL.  Does anybody have any info about it?  It's priced the same as the South lot.

It is covered and inside a building  and is walkable and/or has shuttle to front door .

RCL Terminal is Pier 10.  Entrance to terminal is at 14th and Harborside.

I have parked in the South Lot before at terminal 10.  And I know about Pier 14 indoor lot.  But I was asking about Pier 12 lot.  It's a new addition to the map and it was priced the same as the South Lot when I did a mock booking.  Just wondering if anybody has used it or even looked at it.  It looks closer than the South Lot but I don't know about fencing or where the gates are.

It is closer to the terminal entrance as shown. All lots are accessible through 14th St. entrance.

We have parked at the South Lot a couple times and it is a very short walk to the terminal. Cant say that 12 was available last fall when we went. The distance for both is close and would choose either of them.
