Southampton likely to be very busy (Sky Princess also in port) and no doubt many visitors coming to sight-see too. 

Could be worth bearing in mind re the weight of traffic especially for those boarding on that date.

Roadworks on the M27 are just starting, the long awaited resurfacing I think, so could also add to the mayhem. 

I would have liked to have seen the flotilla from Warsash beach, but we sail the day before (thankfully) on Britannia. 

When Iona sailed in, the weather was so bad she just looked like a ghost ship, so let's hope for a nice day.
