I am on the Emerald right now and there is Gelato available. It is located beside the international Cafe on deck 6. It is not included in the Princess Plus or Premium packages. But at $4 for three scoops it's still a bargain. I just enjoyed it!

If you have the Plus or Premium package, you can have 2 gelatos per day for free if you follow this "trick":
