Oasis of the Seas Hot Tub Session - How to Reserve?

I've heard about these one hour hot tub sessions on the Oasis and I am interested in reserving one, but I am unclear how. Is it part of the thermal suite package? Is there another way to do it? I've searched the RCL site extensively under the "manage my cruise" page and while I found a LONG list of spa services to reserve, could not find that.
