First time cruiser: question about embarkation

Hi, me and my family will be doing our first cruise this august on Costa Toscana from Savona. We fly in to Milan on embarkation day as a travel company package with transfer to the port of Savona, but I was wondering how this will go with embarkation times. Until how late can we board? And will the travel company have requested a later time? Because by the time we get to the port it will probably be 14:00. I don’t want to risk us having issues because we were assigned an early time or miss the ship completely

As long as you arrive after your assigned time and before last embarkation time you will be fine. Have you already received the time?

No, I haven’t received it yet, the cruise is still about 130 days away, but thank you!
