Agree with you. Dad always taught me that he who holds the money wins. Never give someone your money until you absolutely have to.

Mine too….of course he also had some bad habits like not paying his mortgage until the last day of the grace period, using the same logic lol

Still waiting for the rest of my money to be refunded. Last week was told that the error was the Princess agent only requested a refund for one person and not both. What a load of crap. Was then told the refund for the second person was in process and I should receive the refund in 3-5 business days. Today is day seven,  no refund. Guess I will call again tomorrow. No chance I will ever try sailing with them again. Zero.

Our FCDs have not been returned. They are applied to this cancelled cruise.

Looks like we lost $200 deposit over Princess cancelling this cruise.

I have it in writing from customer service that they will be returned immediately?? ?

 

2 FCD, $90 US, $68 — still waiting for these refunds from April & May.
