What to do in Kona

So Princess has changed our itinerary cancelling Hilo and switching to Kona.  What is there to do for 4 "slightly mobility challenged but we get around"  people.  We'd love to snorkel but ladders can be a challenge, and at least one in our party wants to see a black sand beach!  Anybody??

Ok, cross the octopus farm off the wannado list....they're permanently closed........but interested in the sea horse farm.....

Did the sea horse farm several years ago, definitely worth it.  Very interesting.
