Fishing or Cooking Class excursions

We're going to be on Oceania's Sirena cruise (Norway, Denmark ) in August and looking for something a bit more individualized than what I'm finding on the cruise sites.  We would love to take a cooking class or go fishing.  We'll be in Stavanger, Kristiansand, Skagen , Copenhagen and Gothenberg.  Any experiences that anyone can recommend?

Unfortunately I don't have any recommendations though in Copenhagen you can find a fairly large selection - more limited in Gothenburg and Stavanger and none in Skagen. I'm sure a search on the web will turn up some good results depending on your interests.

You will be able to find Guided fishing tours in all four locations.
