Ocean House on Ocean Cay

When a ship without a Yacht Club stops at Ocean Cay, do they even open Ocean House.  If it is not open can anyone go to that area and use the beach?

Ocean House is staffed by mostly Yacht Club workers from the ship so there is no one to operate it when a non-YC ship is at the island. 

 

The YC beach area is the worst on the island. It may be possible to access but here's really no reason to go since none of the amenities will be operational.
