The Wycliffe, in our opinion, is best suited for clearing clogged drains. On our recent Rotterdam cruise we received a bottle as first prize for Best Dressed at the Orange Party and promptly gave it away.

Just off the Zaandam and we were not able to have the sparkling wine changed for anything other than a bottle of water. We don't drink sparkling wine so we accepted. The Neptune Lunge concierge said it is at the discretion of the food and beverage manager on each ship.

Just odd. Never had a question about a swap.  Including twice on the Zaandam in the past year.
