Any success in swapping cabins after final payment?

I just received a CAS " free " cruise offer and noticed that one date is for a cruise following a cruise that already paid for, 100 days. The cabin we have for the first cruise is not available for the free one but a cabin next door is available for both cruises. 

So has anyone been able to swap cabins after the final payment?

Should not be an issue as long as the category is the same. Just make a call.
