Mardi Gras Cloud 9 forward view extended balcony questions

Is this a good room? 2 years ago I was in the regular cloud 9 room on 17 also and that was great. My concern is over the view and wind. 

I've read somewhere that you can request different chairs or a swing for the extended balcony, is this true?

Is this room better than a Havana room? That's what I was picking between.

We love the Havana cabins and the outside Havana bar area as well as deck 8 being so close to a lot of the inside action.  MG is currently our favorite ship and that would be our choice every time if available.

Cloud 9 Spa Forward-View Extended Balcony 8V

i enjoyed this cabin on the celebration, another excel class ship.

had no problems with wind, due to the excellent design/engineering at front of ship.

utmost privacy on the balcony, with great views.

was able to request 2 loungers (instead of the default chairs), but your results may vary.
