Polari Posted May 12 #1 Share Posted May 12 Hi - we are RSSC newbies joining Voyager in Athens on 15 May. We need some info please to help with our packing : * are the plug sockets (Concierge) U.S. only or U.S. / European ?? * how many sockets might we find in the suite ?? * are there any USB charging points ?? * is there a shaver socket in the bathroom ? Thanks in advance
jeb_bud Posted May 12 #2 Share Posted May 12 I have been on Voyager once, last May departing from Athens. A great time to cruise that area, not too crowded and especially not too hot. We were in a Penthouse so not exactly the same as you. We had a small number of US sockets, mostly European. We carry a three-socket terminal strip(non-surge protected) and multiport charger and needed them on this cruise. No USB charger ports as I recall. I think there was a US shaver socket in the bathroom.

US and European sockets on all Regent ships. No UK sockets. No USB sockets on Voyager, Mariner or Navigator.

Lonedaddy Posted May 13 #5 Share Posted May 13 (edited) Also good to have a converter especially for pre/post cruise hotels. Can be used in multiple countries. We found that there aren't that many US outlets on the ship so the device will convert the euro 220 type to US 110. an example Amazon.com: Key Power 230-Watt Step Down 220V to 110V Voltage Converter & International Travel Adapter/Power Converter with USB-C Port 18W - [Use for USA Appliance Overseas in Europe, AU, UK, Ireland, etc.] : Electronics Edited May 13 by Lonedaddy
